Atender llamados de clientes y crear órdenes de atención según sea el requerimiento del cliente.
Emitir cotización y factura en caso de ser requerido y aprobado un servicio fuera de garantía.
Recibir y ejecutar Orden de servicio en terreno gestionada por coordinador.
Soporte técnico en oficina. Vía enlace remoto.
Gestionar guías de despacho Y/O facturas, cuando sea necesario el reemplazo de un repuesto o componente (GARANTIA U OTRO).
Soporte técnico en Terreno, de acuerdo con la agenda de Servicios.
Gestionar Ordenes de Servicio con técnicos en Terreno y cargar las informaciones al Sistema Sphinx.
Actualización de pizarras de gestion visual. (Indicadores, gestión de Ordenes de Servicio)
Gestionar Forecast de Repuestos solicitados para el Departamento.



Se requiere trabajo en equipo y comunicación con sus pares tanto dentro de la compañía (Incluyendo fábricas), como así también con los técnicos terceros, con el objetivo de brindar un servicio de excelencia a nuestra red de clientes. Se requiere conocimientos informáticos y electrónica de nivel medio – avanzado, deseable manejo de Ingles medio -avanzado.
