We are looking for a Digital Dental Specialist in Turkey for Nobel Biocare:
Report to: Regional Director Turkey, Middle East and Africa
Based in: Istanbul
Mission of the position: Digital Dental Specialist is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and service goals mainly in dental laboratories and/or dental clinics within an assigned territory, through the effective selling and promoting of Digital Dentistry Solutions to existing and potential new customers within the framework of organizational policies and directives.
Main accountabilities
PLANNING & EXECUTION Responsibilities:
  • Constantly analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends and provide periodic reports.
  • Effectively plan sales activities for dental labs and clinics.
  • Establish and maintain a travel schedule that will allow consistent contact with existing and potential customers. Plan visits and activity well in advance to minimize travelling time and maximize visibility with customers.


SALES and support Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Digital Dentistry alongside their customer base. Secure that a good mapping of treatment network is captured in CVM and develop with TM consistent development proposal for the dental laboratory and their partners
  • Provide DTX Studio Suite(DTX Studio Clinic, DTX Studio Implant, DTX Studio Design & KaVo LS3) basic technical support for existing and new customers in assigned territory.
  • Responsible for Sales of DTX Studio Suite softwares, NobelProcera consumables,
  • Work closely with distributors sales reps to approach active and potential customers.
  • Provide first line technical support for software (DTX Suite) and hardware, such as installation, setup, demonstration and troubleshooting on site.


MARKET MONITORING Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and maintain an accurate log of current and potential customers’ files and records in the CVM system in order to have complete and up-to-date customer information. Adopt effective activity planning, which can be developed and shared with the local distributor.
  • Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends.  Plan sales activity based on territory needs to ensure that territory attains or exceeds assigned monthly, quarterly and/or annual sales goals.



  • Study and stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activity and other general information of interest to the company or to customers. Apply this knowledge to your strategies and tactics to develop your commercial activity. 
  • Have a high level of technical competence, able to present and to install Dental Dentistry Solutions and be an expert for all systems.
  • Academic background of Dental Technician (not exclusive depending on the work experience but very preferable). 
  • A minimum of 3 years of achievement oriented sales experience with Nobel Biocare or equivalent experience with direct competition or a minimum of 4 years in achievement oriented sales.
  • Experience with Dental Lab CAD/CAM software such as 3Shape, Exocad and diagnostic software for Clinics as an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to digest, to comprehend, and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information related to company and industry products.
  • Demonstrated professional sales skills. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Ability to work closely with different teams in a cross-culture environment.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
