Ormco is searching for a passionate, energetic individual to lead the Digital Customer Support team. The focus for the Digital Customer Support Manager will be on leading and managing a growing team of professionals to provide excellent service and product support.  This role works closely with cross-functional stake-holders to achieve business unit goals. We are looking for a well-rounded professional with a hands-on mentality and proven leadership ability.   • Develop and manage a growing team of experienced Digital Customer Support professionals.
  • Foster customer relationships through professional, courteous, and efficient service for all customer support touch points.
  • Plan and execute daily management meetings to track performance in key areas, identify trends and implement counter-measures when necessary.
  • Manage and monitor the CRM platform ensuring customer inquiries are acted on and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Create and monitor annual performance and development objectives for Support team members that align with business objectives.
  • Understand customer needs through surveying and other outreach activities.
  • Develop and maintain productive, professional cross-functional working relationships.
  • Manage internal workflow around technical issue tickets, including software troubleshooting.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years customer service or sales experience is preferred
  • 2+ years of management experience is preferred
  • Dental and/or orthodontic knowledge is preferred

  • Continuous improvement: can develop a "best practices" benchmarked process & system.
  • Creates followership through collaboration. Creates strong commitment and promotes open dialogue.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in real time and exercise judgment.
  • Clear and organized communications skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to learn quickly and problem solve.
  • Proven follow-up skills. Knows how to close the loop on open issues.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
