Job description
1. Su input del Maintenance Supervisor esegue tutte le manutenzioni degli impianti di produzione e dei servizi generali tutti ed assiste tecnicamente le ditte esterne durante interventi straordinari
2. Assiste il personale operativo per ogni problema produttivo relativo a impianti e macchinari, segnalando al capo reparto eventuali impatti sui processi produttivi
3. Su input del Maintenance Supervisor assiste in autonomia i reparti di produzione nell’esecuzione set-up dei macchinari
4. Assembla in autonomia parti meccaniche ed elettriche per l’automazione “Home made”
5. Assiste all’assemblaggio di quadri elettrici per gli impianti d’azienda
6. Assembla in autonomia servocomandi per l’automazione “home made”
7. Supporta la realizzazione di parti di ricambio complesse (e ne realizza le più semplici in autonomia) di macchine sulla base di disegni tecnici e campioni e modifica componenti di macchine realizzate in casa. Supporta il reparto Engineering nella scelta delle parti di ricambio di macchine ed impianti
8. Realizza impianti ed installazioni pneumatiche, idrauliche ed elettriche
9. Supporta la realizzazione di strutture metalliche con operazioni di taglio, saldatura, montaggio, verniciatura ed esegue in autonomia le più semplici
10. Supporta la gestione delle parti di ricambio ed i materiali necessari per le manutenzioni ordinarie, straordinarie e correttive
11. Fornisce le info necessarie per l’aggiornamento delle schede di manutenzione
12. Supporta le attività di facility (rilievi ambientali, gestione rifiuti, interventi acque di pozzo e scarico fognature, etc.)
13. Supporta la programmazione di PLC per l’automazione Home Made, l’installazione e programmazione di Smart Sensors.
Job requirements
Esegue la manutenzione degli impianti di produzione e dei servizi generali con un grado di autonomia medio.
Formazione necessaria: Diploma scuola media superiore.
Esperienze Professionali necessarie: Esperienza almeno 2 anni in manutenzione.
Competenze/Capacità necessarie (tecniche, metodologiche e sociali): Problem Solving.
