  • Drive disciplined execution of finance projects, ensuring initiatives are clearly scoped, resourced, measured, and aligned with enterprise priorities

  • Maintain visibility to the Finance transformation pipeline, including project benefits, dependencies, risks, resource needs, and decision points

Value Realization Management

  • Establish and maintain a Finance Value Management framework to measure, validate, and report project benefits, including cost savings, cost avoidance, productivity improvements, working capital impact, revenue enablement, risk reduction, and customer experience improvements

  • Partner with Global Process Owners and Finance leaders to develop business cases, baseline current-state performance, define success metrics, and track benefit realization through project completion and operational stabilization

  • Maintain visibility to committed, forecasted, delivered, and realized value across the Finance transformation portfolio, ensuring accountability for outcomes and transparency to Finance leadership

  • Develop executive dashboards and performance reporting that communicate portfolio health, realized benefits, adoption of metrics, dependencies, risks, and value delivery against transformation objectives

  • Support annual planning and prioritization activities by providing data-driven insights regarding project returns, strategic alignment, resource utilization, and value realization performance

Digital Enablement & Automation

  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to implement finance technology solutions, including ERP enhancements, workflow tools, reconciliations platforms, reporting tools, RPA, analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and other automation capabilities

  • Translate finance process requirements into practical technology and data solutions that support standardized, efficient, and controlled operations

  • Support global ERP, finance systems, and automation initiatives by ensuring process design, data requirements, controls, and business adoption are considered from project initiation through deployment

  • Build and maintain digital enablement roadmaps that align technology investments with Finance transformation priorities

  • Foster a culture of technology advocacy within Finance by identifying emerging technologies and analytics capabilities that can accelerate process transformation, improve decision-making, and enhance user experience

  • Act as a strategic liaison between Finance and IT to ensure technology investments are aligned to business priorities, process standards, and measurable business outcomes

Global Process Owner Support & Process Transformation
