Within the group, Nobel Biocare is an implantology business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.
In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.
What is your role going to look like?
Together with 10 team members you will be supporting Iberia market.
Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams.
Big part of your day will be order management - receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.
You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.
You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone.
Starting date for this role will be 1.9.2026

Job requirements
What will you bring?
Native Portuguese and business fluent in English. Spanish is advantageous.
Customer centric approach
Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)
Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
Organizational skills and attention to details
