Job description

Primary purpose of this role is to enable superior performance of the DEXIS Imaging commercial team by providing impactful analyses, reports, and dashboards. This role partners with various teams (Commercial Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer & Technical Service Teams) to leverage data for enhancing go-to-market strategies and systematically improves data collection, storage, and utilization to create a competitive advantage.

Job requirements

  • Ensure the availability and accuracy of daily standard reports and dashboards. utilized by various team to monitor performance and guide commercial initiatives.
  • Develop and propose improved reports and dashboards proactively.
  • Work with marketing managers to identify effective marketing initiatives, including promotions, and monitor their impact and performance in generating leads and sales.
  • Support sales teams in daily funnel management, harnessing the power of CRM, and helping them to develop robust forecasts and countermeasures, as needed.
  • Equip key account managers with required data and analyses to conduct periodic distributor business reviews,  and help them manage distributor performance.  
  • Provide sales data analyses to continuously monitor performance and identify opportunities to drive growth and market share gains.
  • Collaborate with Finance to analyze business performance, from top to bottom-line, including pricing, cost and margin analyses.
  • Conduct market data gathering, analyses and insights generation, and contribute to annual sales strategy definition.
  • Participate in annual business planning and budgeting cycles with pertinent analyses.
  • Support the commercial leadership in strategic projects by diligently delivering required analyses, and providing synthesized insights.  
  • Act as the commercial data master, with a holistic understanding of available data sources and databases, in close partnership with, IT & Business Intelligence teams    
  • Systematically improve data collection, storage, access and utilization   
  • Ensure that DEXIS Imaging remains at the leading edge of analytical tools and techniques, by monitoring new developments in various industries and sectors, and periodically updating the management on key findings and recommendations.
  • Act as CRM Power user in Commercial team to ensure CRM reports and Dashboard are maintained based on Business strategy and Daily management requirements to support commercial team transparency and revenue growth.

Critical Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of data architecture, data management Frameworks, databases, data modeling, and data integration.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics tools/system e.g., ERP, SAP/Oracle, Tableau).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM system
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Profound understanding of business operations, strategies, and objectives to align data architecture with business goals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Awareness of data governance, privacy laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Language knowledge: excellent English other language are advantage.

  • Strong business acumen to inform business decisions based on data.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, tailored to different organizational levels.

Critical Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business or Computer Science; Advanced Degree in Data Analytics or Computer Science a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Business Analysis
  • Strategic Business and Data Analysis: Experience in analyzing business requirements and data trends to inform strategic decision-making and business innovations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with data modeling, SQL, programming languages, and familiarity with software development methodologies and data management tools.
  • System experience: Expertise in working with large data sets and analytical software (e.g., ERP, SAP/Oracle, Tableau, CRM).
  • Project Leadership and Management: Demonstrated success in leading projects from inception to completion, managing resources, timelines, and delivering solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Effective Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: A track record of effectively communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and working collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Data Governance and Security: Knowledge and experience in establishing data governance frameworks, ensuring data security, and compliance with relevant regulations. Exposure to modeling sales and marketing metrics (retention, penetration, utilization, campaign ROI, funnel management). Experience in collecting, analyzing, and reporting market intelligence data.
  • Continuous Improvement and Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage
  • Proficient in business English and at least one additional European language.
