Job description

Responsável por fortalecer, posicionar e proteger a marca da empresa nos canais digitais, garantindo consistência, relevância e alinhamento com a estratégia global e regional da organização. Atua de forma estratégica e operacional, conectando branding, comunicação e marketing digital para impulsionar reconhecimento de marca, engajamento e geração de valor para os públicos de todas as marcas do Portfolio Envista.

  • Desenvolver e executar a estratégia de branding e comunicação digital, garantindo alinhamento com os guidelines globais e as necessidades do mercado local e regional.
  • Definir e implementar a estratégia digital da companhia, com plano de execução e acompanhamento de métricas nos principais canais: websites, redes sociais, portais digitais, campanhas, e‑mail marketing, landing pages e outros.
  • Desenvolver e fortalecer o posicionamento das marcas perante todos os stakeholders (dentistas, parceiros, clientes, colaboradores e mercado).
  • Criar, planejar e executar campanhas institucionais, de produto, varejo e B2B, voltadas a dentistas e parceiros, do briefing à análise de resultados.
  • Assegurar consistência de identidade visual, tom de voz e mensagens da marca em todos os pontos de contato digitais.
  • Desenvolver e coordenar a estratégia de conteúdo e storytelling, incluindo: Branding institucional; Educação científica e técnica; engajamento de profissionais de Odontologia; conteúdos para social media, vídeos, webinars, cursos e eventos; Parcerias com KOLs, especialistas e equipes internas
  • Conectar o conteúdo digital às campanhas, lançamentos, iniciativas educacionais e eventos, garantindo coerência ao longo da jornada do cliente.
  • Apoiar e amplificar a estratégia educacional da empresa por meio do digital, assegurando alinhamento entre branding, educação e experiência do cliente.
  • Atuar em parceria com Marketing, Comercial, RH, Assuntos Regulatórios e times globais/regionais para execução integrada das estratégias.
  • Trabalhar com foco em geração de leads, alinhado às metas comerciais, acompanhando os resultados junto ao time de Vendas.
  • Definir, monitorar e otimizar KPIs de branding e digital, como awareness, engajamento, tráfego, conversão e performance (Analytics).
  • Garantir foco contínuo em experiência do usuário (UX), performance e conversão em todos os ativos digitais.
  • Acompanhar tendências de comunicação digital, marketing, conteúdo e comportamento do consumidor, especialmente no setor de saúde e odontologia.
  • Outras atividades podem ser designadas

Job requirements

  • Pacote Office
  • Inglês avançado
  • Formação superior completa em Publicidade, Jornalismo, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;
  • Pós-graduação ou especialização em Branding, Marketing Digital ou Estratégia será um diferencial.
