Job description

1. Formación Clínica

  • Diseñar e impartir cursos, talleres hands-on, demostraciones y webinars para odontólogos generales, especialistas y fuerza de ventas.
  • Elaborar material educativo (presentaciones, guías, checklists, protocolos y videos).
  • Evaluar el aprendizaje mediante herramientas de medición (pre/post test).
  • Estandarizar protocolos clínicos de Restauradora y Endodoncia para su correcta adopción.

 

2. Demostraciones y Acompañamiento en Clínica

  • Realizar demostraciones prácticas con maniquí, tipodontos o modelos.
  • Brindar acompañamiento en arranque de cuentas, primeros casos o introducción de producto.
  • Solucionar problemáticas clínicas relacionadas con técnica o uso del producto.
  • Asegurar prácticas de bioseguridad y cumplimiento de IFU (Instrucciones de Uso).

 

3. Soporte a Ventas (Sales Enablement)

  • Capacitar equipos comerciales en beneficios, indicaciones, manejo de objeciones y diferenciadores competitivos.
  • Acompañar activaciones, eventos, KOLs y sesiones con distribuidores.

 

4. Gestión de Calidad, Seguridad y Cumplimiento

  • Garantizar que toda la formación esté alineada a lineamientos regulatorios y clínicos.
  • Reporte y seguimiento de casos, quejas clínicas o farmacovigilancia cuando aplique.
  • Mantener estándares de bioseguridad y documentación de entrenamientos.

 

5. Reporting y Gestión Operativa

  • Elaborar reportes de actividad, asistencia, métricas de impacto y KPIs.
  • Administrar inventarios de kits demo, consumibles y herramientas de entrenamiento.
  • Gestionar el uso de plataformas LMS / CRM para registrar capacitaciones.

 

Conocimientos Técnicos Requeridos

Restauradora

  • Adhesión: manejo de esmalte/dentina, técnicas universal / total-etch / self-etch.
  • Resinas compuestas: técnicas incremental y bulk-fill, control de contracción y fotocurado.
  • Sistemas de matrices, cuñas, anillos y anclajes.
  • Cementación adhesiva y convencional para diferentes materiales restaurativos.
  • Acabado, pulido y protocolos de brillo.

Endodoncia

  • Diagnóstico, pruebas pulpares e interpretación radiográfica.
  • Acceso, anatomía de cámara y localización de canales.
  • Glide path y conformación con NiTi; conceptos de torque, velocidad y cinemática.
  • Irrigación (NaOCl, EDTA, CHX) y activación.
  • Conometría, obturación (fría y caliente) y retratamiento.
  • Prevención de fractura y gestión de instrumentación.

  • Orientación a la seguridad y al paciente.
  • Habilidad pedagógica y claridad en la comunicación.
  • Pensamiento crítico y resolución de problemas clínicos.
  • Trabajo colaborativo con equipos comerciales y Marketing.
  • Ética profesional y apego estricto a evidencia científica y claims aprobados.
  • Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad a diferentes estilos de aprendizaje y audiencias.
  • Comunicación efectiva.
  • Manejo de objeciones clínicas.

Job requirements

  • Formación: Cirujano Dentista (indispensable).
  • Deseable: posgrado, diplomado o experiencia en Endodoncia o Restauradora.
  • Experiencia: mínimo 1–3 años impartiendo cursos o entrenamiento clínico.
  • Conocimientos de normativa sanitaria, IFU y buenas prácticas clínicas.
  • Inglés técnico deseable (lectura de literatura y manuales).
  • Experiencia en Industria Dental al menos en 3 años
  • Experiencia en Cursos y entrenamientos Clinicos
  • Experiencia en Manejo y Desarrollo de KOL
  • Habilidad Comunicacional
  • Manejo de Paquete Office Intermedio
  • Disponibilidad para viajar (eventos, capacitaciones, distribuidores).
  •  
  • Inglés técnico deseable (lectura de literatura y manuales).
