Job description

Responsable de analizar y registrar en el sistema todos los movimientos y transacciones contables realizadas en la empresa, así como de preparar informes y estados financieros de acuerdo con los principios contables de MEXGAAP y USGAAP.

Job requirements

Preparar y revisar las conciliaciones mensuales de las cuentas asignadas.
Preparar y registrar asientos contables para todas las entidades legales dentro del territorio, incluyendo la preparación y el análisis de la documentación de respaldo.
Cargar el 100% de las cuentas asignadas a Blackline a tiempo y en el formato correcto.
Participar en las actividades de cierre contable de fin de mes. Gestionar las reservas contables para las Unidades de Negocio dentro de las entidades asignadas.
Preparar los estados financieros de fin de mes y fin de año para ambas empresas.
Preparar y analizar los estados financieros mensuales bajo US GAAP y MEX GAAP. Controlar las cuentas de depreciación mensuales para los activos fijos, así como las adiciones y bajas relacionadas.
Calcular las variaciones en los valores históricos en moneda extranjera.
Colaborar con los auditores internos y externos y ayudar con las revisiones trimestrales y los procesos de auditoría.
Confirmar y validar la información de inventario reportada por el almacén.
Preparar y trabajar con el proveedor de impuestos mensual. Preparar información para la presentación de declaraciones de impuestos sobre la renta.
Verificar la exactitud de los asientos de impuestos en nuestro sistema. Apoyar a los asesores fiscales externos.
Revisar y recomendar modificaciones a los sistemas y/o procesos contables para una mayor eficiencia.
Mejorar el servicio al cliente iniciando mejoras en el control financiero y el proceso de auditoría.
Brindar apoyo anual para los recuentos de inventario físico. Se podrán asignar otras tareas relacionadas.
• Conocimiento de SAP, Oracle y Blackline
• Experiencia en impuestos
• Habilidades avanzadas de Microsoft Office
• Habilidades avanzadas de Excel
• Inglés básico
• Conocimiento de las normas contables US GAAP y Mexican GAAP
