Job description

Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Job requirements

Purpose 

The Sales Head will lead and drive the growth, strategy, and market expansion for Envista’s DEXIS Diagnostic Imaging business. This role is responsible for revenue generation, new product introduction, market share growth, and the successful execution of business strategies, including distributor management. 

Responsibilities: 

Market Strategy: 

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. 
  • Develop targeted strategies to capture high-potential market segments. 

Revenue Growth & Expansion: 

  • Lead strategies to increase market share, acquire new customers, and expand into new markets. 
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to refine go-to-market and demand-generation plans. 

Product & Pricing: 

  • Develop and implement competitive product and pricing strategies. 
  • Ensure product offerings meet market demands and align with company goals. 

Financial Oversight: 

  • Monitor P&L performance and adjust strategies to optimize profitability and growth. 
  • Analyse key metrics and adjust business approaches as necessary. 

Risk Management: 

  • Identify and mitigate potential business risks through proactive planning and solutions. 

Leadership & Team Development: 

  • Build and lead a high-performance team aligned with Envista’ s culture of innovation. 
  • Foster collaboration across departments and develop future leaders within the organization. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with senior leadership and other departments to align on business objectives and ensure smooth execution of strategies. 

Customer & Stakeholder Relations: 

  • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business success. 

Desired work experience, education & skills 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Experience: min. 10 years of MNC experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Imaging / CT / Medical Devices / Dental Industry. Knowledge of the imaging market in dental and experience in aftermarket sales also a plus.  
  • Education: BDS/ B. Pharm/B.Eng./ B.Sc. (Post-Graduation in Management preferred)
