Job description
Responsável por conduzir projetos de produtos de menor e média complexidade, incluindo planejamento, documentação técnica, melhoria de processos e suporte à certificação. Atua na criação e atualização de dados no SAP, desenvolvimento de protótipos, análise de normas técnicas e indicadores de desempenho, sempre com foco em qualidade, custo-benefício e melhoria contínua.
· Executar e acompanhar as atividades projetos de menor ou média complexidade de produtos para venda e distribuição no Brasil incluindo planejamento, cronograma, controle de custos, riscos e comunicação;
· Criar materiais e atualizar os cadastros de dados mestre no SAP, bem como especificações técnicas;
· Realizar atividades de definição de processos, bem como a sua revisão e melhoria, podendo contar com um acompanhamento e orientação do Coordenador de projetos
· Analisar e aprovar documentação técnica garantindo conformidade, qualidade e melhor relação custo-benefício;
· Definir, solicitar e acompanhar ensaios de vida útil e funcionalidades dos produtos quando aplicado;
· Proporcionar melhorias de qualidade e custo nos produtos comercializados e processos produtivos;
· Acompanhar o processo de certificação em órgãos regulatórios se necessário;
· Obter solução técnica para produtos que eventualmente têm sua disponibilidade comprometida ou ruptura na cadeia de suprimento;
· Interpretar normas técnicas relacionadas a categoria em que se enquadram os produtos da empresa, provendo a orientação técnica quando necessário;
· Elaborar, alterar e revisar os documentos de engenharia pertencentes ao sistema da qualidade;
· Acompanhar a confecção de protótipos para validação dos projetos de menor ou média complexidade;
· Acompanhar a confecção de protótipos em fornecedores quando necessário;
· Suportar a capacidade competitiva da empresa através do processo de melhoria contínua dos produtos e processos;
· Administrar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) de seus projetos, preparar relatórios e apresentação e status em reuniões da área;
