About the Opportunity

With renowned brands such as Nobel Biocare, we are committed to advancing dental care through innovation, education, and partnership.

Join our IT Field Services team and help keep employees connected, productive, and supported. In this hands-on role, you will provide onsite and remote technical support for end-user devices, applications, connectivity, and workplace technology. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, maintain a reliable and secure computing environment, support technology deployments, and collaborate with regional IT colleagues to deliver a positive employee support experience.

What You Will Do

  • Provide professional onsite and remote IT support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues while keeping employees informed throughout the support process.
  • Perform second-level troubleshooting across Windows PCs and laptops, LAN, VPN, Citrix, email, enterprise applications, DHCP, and IP connectivity, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and VOIP phones, including software patching, malware remediation, and preventive maintenance.
  • Manage user accounts and access within Active Directory in accordance with established security practices.
  • Support local network infrastructure, including data drops, network hardware installations, and basic cabling activities.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation covering equipment configuration, deployment, lifecycle management, and hardware recycling.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles, and provide employee training as needed.
  • Support hardware configuration, purchasing, and local IT budget-planning activities within established processes.
  • Participate in regional IT projects and collaborate with local and remote IT colleagues to improve technology support and service delivery.
  • Manage assigned work independently, prioritize requests against service-level expectations, and escalate critical issues appropriately.

The emphasis on independent troubleshooting, established processes, technical expertise, communication, and service impact is consistent with the factors used in Envista's Technical Support career framework.
