Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Management Senior Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, internal stakeholders, warehouse operations, and logistics partners. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
Accurately enter, validate, and process customer orders within the ERP system.
Review orders to ensure accuracy of product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery information prior to processing.
Manage and monitor the complete order lifecycle, from order entry through delivery and invoicing.
Collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.
Process order amendments, cancellations, returns, and special customer requests in a timely manner.
Track shipment status and proactively follow up on delayed, pending, or outstanding deliveries.
Communicate order updates and delivery information to customers and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain regular reports on order status, backorders, shipment performance, and service levels.
Identify opportunities to improve order management processes, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.

Job requirements

8+ years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics Operations.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
