You will also play a central role in ensuring manufacturing readiness for new products, supporting innovation together with R&D and Product Management, and delivering a major site move project to a new location in Tuusula without compromising customer supply or regulatory compliance.

This role is a member of the site management team and reports to VP, Global Operations at DEXIS. The position is based primarily on-site in Tuusula.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own performance across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost

Enable Product Innovation and Growth

  • Partner closely with R&D and Product Management to support new product introductions
  • Ensure manufacturing readiness, cost targets, quality standards, and supply chain robustness early in product development
  • Promote design-for-manufacturability, design-for-scale, and design-for-cost principles

Regulatory Compliance and Operational Resilience

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and internal policies
  • Act as site owner for Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
  • Proactively manage operational risk and resilience

Lead the Tuusula Site Move

  • Successfully deliver a major site move to new premises within Tuusula
  • Ensure continuity of supply, quality performance, regulatory compliance, and cost control throughout the transition and stabilization phases
