This unique position will also support Investor Relations, playing a key role in the company’s communications with Wall Street analysts as well as current and potential investors.  This role blends financial analysis, strategic messaging, competitive intelligence, and process management and improvement around forecasting and reporting.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the preparation of daily, monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and business relevant insights

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain complex financial models, scenario analysis tools, and reporting templates to strengthen planning and decision support

  • Drive core components of the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles, partnering with budget owners to understand assumptions and improve forecast accuracy

  • Manage financial data flows from ERP systems, perform advanced reconciliations, validate data quality, and resolve complex variances

  • Partner in month end close activities including advanced accruals, higher complexity account reconciliations, and cross functional review of financial entries

  • Provide analytical support for pricing strategy, cost optimization, business cases, capital investments, and enterprise initiatives

  • Track and summarize market and competitor developments by monitoring analyst reports, industry news, and equity markets

  • Assist in investor targeting, tracking and communication

  • Participate in meetings with investors and interact regularly with company executive leadership

  • Maintain high ethical standards and serve as a trusted advisor by providing fact‑based, unbiased financial insights—even when recommendations are unpopular
