Global Product Manager

What You'll Do

  • Own the commercial success of your product category, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share through effective portfolio and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute global portfolio strategies and product roadmaps based on market trends, customer insights, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify unmet customer needs and transform Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback into innovative product opportunities and business cases.
  • Lead upstream marketing activities throughout the product development lifecycle, including market assessments, opportunity evaluation, and stage-gate deliverables.
  • Partner closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Procurement, and Commercial teams to bring new products from concept to commercialization.
  • Support regional and global commercial teams with product training, market intelligence, forecasting, pricing strategies, and launch execution.
  • Serve as a product and market expert, continuously monitoring industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze market, sales, and financial data to drive strategic recommendations and investment decisions.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring successful and timely delivery of key business objectives.

What You'll Bring


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of Global Product Management experience within the medical device industry.
  • Proven success managing the full product lifecycle, including opportunity identification, VOC research, business case development, product development, regulatory approvals, commercialization, and pricing strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to drive growth through strategic product management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, CA and Pomona, CA, as the office location will be relocated from Brea to Pomona in the near future. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity and requires onsite presence 4 days per week.

  • Experience within Healthcare, Medical Device, Dental, or related clinical industries.
  • Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using market, customer, sales, and financial data to support decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic global environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
