Job description

About the Opportunity

Nobel Biocare is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow our business across an established Idaho territory with significant opportunity for expansion. This is an opportunity for a motivated, achievement-oriented sales professional who enjoys developing relationships, winning new business, and taking ownership of a territory.

You will work directly with dental professionals and laboratories, helping customers identify products, solutions, and services that support their practices and patients. Success in this position will require a balance of new-business development and effective management of existing customer relationships.

Dental industry experience is preferred, but we are also interested in accomplished medical device and B2B sales professionals with a strong record of achievement.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new customers while expanding relationships and business with existing accounts.
  • Analyze customer and territory trends to identify opportunities, prioritize sales activity, and build an effective routing and account-development strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with dental practices, laboratories, and key industry influencers to expand market presence and create long-term customer partnerships.
  • Present Nobel Biocare products, solutions, and services based on customer needs and communicate technical and clinical information effectively.
  • Develop strategies to win business from competitors and expand market share across the assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate and current customer information and sales activity records.
  • Stay informed about products, technologies, clinical studies, market developments, and competitive activity, and apply that knowledge to territory strategy.
  • Communicate relevant customer, product, and competitive insights to sales leadership.
  • Manage territory travel and business expenses responsibly while completing required administrative responsibilities on time.
  • Participate in company meetings, trade shows, educational programs, and customer events as appropriate.

Job requirements

What You Will Bring

You are a self-directed sales professional who takes ownership of your territory and looks for ways to create opportunity rather than waiting for it. You are comfortable prospecting for new business, developing relationships over time, and learning technical products well enough to communicate their value confidently to customers.

You also bring strong judgment and initiative. When faced with a challenge, your instinct is to investigate, develop a solution, and move the opportunity forward.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in an achievement-oriented sales environment.
  • Proven ability to develop new business, prospect for customers, and grow an assigned territory.
  • Strong professional selling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and communicate technical product information.
  • Ability to analyze territory and customer opportunities and translate insights into effective sales activity.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned Idaho territory.
  • Valid driving capability, as driving is an essential function of the position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling dental products, dental implants, or related solutions.
  • Medical device sales experience.
  • Strong B2B outside sales experience involving prospecting, territory management, and new-account acquisition.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
