Job description
Responsable de impulsar el crecimiento del negocio de consumibles Kerr en la Región Andina a través del desarrollo y fortalecimiento del canal de distribución. Será responsable de ejecutar estrategias comerciales orientadas al crecimiento del sell-in y sell-out, desarrollar relaciones sólidas con distribuidores y clientes clave, identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y asegurar una adecuada ejecución comercial en el mercado.
Entre sus principales responsabilidades se encuentran, sin limitarse a ellas, el desarrollo y gestión de la red de distribuidores asignada; la implementación de estrategias orientadas al crecimiento y posicionamiento del portafolio Kerr; la ejecución de planes comerciales conjuntos basados en el análisis de indicadores de ventas, inventarios y participación de mercado; la generación de demanda mediante actividades comerciales, promocionales y educativas dirigidas a clientes y usuarios finales; el acompañamiento y capacitación de las fuerzas de ventas de los distribuidores; y la gestión de relaciones comerciales con cuentas estratégicas para identificar oportunidades de expansión y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales definidos por la compañía.
