Sales Representative

Job Description:

Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Résumé du poste : Le Représentant Commercial est responsable de la promotion et de la vente de loupes et systèmes d’éclairage offrant une magnification et une résolution supérieures auprès des professionnels de santé. Ce rôle est essentiel pour stimuler les ventes et établir des relations solides avec les cliniciens.

Responsabilités principales :

· Définir et mettre en œuvre un plan stratégique pour atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente.

· Développer et entretenir des relations de confiance avec les clients afin de renforcer l’image de marque.

· Utiliser le CRM pour gérer efficacement les opportunités commerciales.

· Se tenir informé des produits, technologies et tendances concurrentielles.

· Réaliser des présentations et démonstrations produits, assurer le support technique après-vente.

· Identifier les besoins des clients et prospecter de nouvelles opportunités.

· Collaborer avec les équipes internes (Service Client, Support Technique, Production) pour garantir un service rapide et de qualité.

· Contribuer à l’innovation produit en recueillant les retours des cliniciens et en proposant des idées.

· Travailler avec le marketing pour élaborer des stratégies et supports promotionnels.

· Suivre les tendances du marché et les offres concurrentes pour fournir des analyses pertinentes.

· Participer à des salons dentaires et événements académiques pour promouvoir les produits.

· Effectuer des déplacements nationaux (train/avion) jusqu’à 50 % du temps.

Profil recherché :

· Diplôme de fin d’études secondaires requis ; licence (Bachelor) souhaitée.

· Minimum 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente.

· Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique avec des priorités changeantes.

· Disponibilité pour voyager jusqu’à 50 %.

Compétences et aptitudes :

· Maîtrise des outils CRM et des systèmes commerciaux.

· Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et présentation.

· Capacité à établir des relations solides et à gérer les situations avec tact et assurance.

· Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Conditions physiques :

· Travail principalement assis.

· Utilisation fréquente des mains et doigts.

· Déplacements occasionnels, port de charges légères (jusqu’à 2 kg).
