Inside Sales Supervisor (EU)

Job Description:

Purpose of the Role

The Inside Sales Supervisor (EU) is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting field sales teams—while also building, leading, and optimizing a high-performing Inside Sales team across the EU region. This role is split: 60% sales activities (as an Inside Sales Representative) and 40% team leadership, operational management, and strategic development. The Supervisor ensures operational excellence, expands coverage, and collaborates cross-functionally to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Activities (60%)

  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within defined timelines.
  • Promote and (up)sell DEXIS SW (DTX) solutions, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to existing and potential customers.
  • Ensure timely subscription/offering renewals and customer retention.
  • Drive proactive outreach and engagement for DEXIS SW (DTX) solutions.
  • Manage cold and warm leads through structured calling and qualification.
  • Convert Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) into Opportunities in close collaboration with commercial team.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within the existing software install base, including SLAs.
  • Schedule and conduct remote demonstrations of DTX solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, ensuring accurate documentation in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover additional business potential.
  • Respond to product-related inquiries and connect customers with product experts when needed.
  • Provide official training materials, brochures, and product documentation.
  • Work with cross functional departments, such as Marketings and Sales Ops, to develop target lists, scripts, and standard work to drive success.

Team Leadership (40%)

  • Recruit, onboard, and train Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Set clear performance expectations and KPIs.
  • Monitor team performance against quotas and provide actionable insights.
  • Oversee daily operations, lead distribution, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene.
  • Ensure consistent execution of sales processes, scripts, and demo protocols.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and career development planning.
  • Foster a collaborative, competitive, and customer-centric team culture.
  • Help build a strong internal inside sales team aligned with GTM Strategy.
  • Help to onboard external inside sales agencies incl Source, contract etc.
  • Provide training, tools, and performance metrics to internal and external inside sales teams.
  • Monitor internal & external team performance and ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Champion customer feedback to improve sales processes and product offerings.

Critical Experience

  • 5+ years over the phone/Inside Sales experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Clinical experience from Dental Industry (preferable).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing leads, conducting cold calls, and driving campaigns.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product).
  • Experience with building inside sales organization as new GTM is a plus.
  • Experience managing remote teams and external sales partners.

Critical Skills / Technical Know-How

  • Excellent English; additional Fluent European language is a plus, preferably French.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent consultative selling and collaborative behaviour skills.
  • Strong aptitude for identifying high-value deals and closing experience.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Comfortable in scripted, quota-driven environments; adapts scripts with personal flair.
  • Energetic, polished, and proactive in business development.

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems.
  • Experience in the dental industry and with DEXIS software is a plus.
