Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales para aumentar las ventas en toda la gama de productos/soluciones de la compañía. Identificar las necesidades de negocio de los clientes y desarrollar soluciones y propuestas de valor para satisfacer esas necesidades. Construir relaciones de colaboración con los clientes y se esfuerza por exceder las expectativas del cliente en todas las interacciones.

Tus principales responsabilidades

  • Comunicar de manera eficaz a los clientes las propuestas de valor específicas del país.
  • Definir un plan para el propio territorio que tenga en cuenta:
    • cómo segmentar a los clientes basándose en el conocimiento profundo de los clientes actuales y potenciales, así como de la dinámica competitiva,
    • cómo dirigirse a los clientes potenciales identificados, en especial a nuevos clientes y a cuentas de la competencia.
    • cómo distribuir el tiempo de manera eficiente.
  • Ofrecer ventas de productos y soluciones conforme al plan.
  • Centrarse adecuadamente en el desarrollo de cuentas a largo plazo (cliente sostenible, en crecimiento frente a "gran venta") así como en las ventas puras.
  • Negociar con éxito e implementar planes de desarrollo de negocio a medida.
  • Ofrecer actividades, revisar el estado de los planes de desarrollo de negocio y asegurarse de que se realizan las actividades en colaboración con el equipo de T&E.
  • Conocer el negocio.
    • Propuestas de valor de Nobel Biocare y específicas del país.
    • Conocimiento detallado de los productos y de las soluciones de Nobel Biocare.
  • Buscar de manera activa información y posibilidades para seguir creciendo y abordar de manera independiente las necesidades de aprendizaje propias.
  • Pasión por implementar y llevar a cabo actividades.
  • Capacidad para analizar y comprender los problemas y las necesidades subyacentes de los clientes.
  • Alta capacidad de respuesta al cliente

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Formación académica: Licenciados en cualquiera de las disciplinas de Salud, Negocio o equivalente.
  • Experiencia mínima: 3 años en un puesto similar en el sector salud, con preferencia por sector dental y/o dispositivos o consumibles médicos de venta directa.
  • Profesionales con alta capacidad de aprendizaje, orientación a resultados y a la satisfacción del cliente, y con adaptación al cambio.
  • Conocimientos de Office y herramientas informáticas: Paquete Office. Nivel usuario alto.
  • Acostumbrados a trabajar con CRM. (idealmente Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Idiomas: Inglés Alto (valorable).
