Operation Manager

Job Description:

Gerente responsable por la Operación de distribuición, servicio al cliente y servicio técnico. Principales responsabilidades involucran procesamiento de órdenes de ventas, facturaciones, controle circa de los mantenimientos, garantías y reparaciones y la operación logistica de suministro y entrega d elos productos a los clientes.

Job Requirements:

  • Definir y planificar los lineamientos de los departamentos de almacén, servicio técnico y servicio al cliente.
  • Gerenciar el inventario dando visibilidad y determinando acciones para reducir impacto de costo y depreciación.
  • Determinar red de logística para un buen nivel de entrega a clientes en tiempo y en cualidad para destacar de las competencias.
  • Gestionar todos los documentos administrativos para mantener las reglas de protocolo y cumplimiento para todos los procesos involucrados;
  • Liderar la gestión de demanda de pedidos con entrega, con el fin de garantizar KPIs en el área Operativa y Logística.
  • Liderar los procesos de montaje y operacionalización de productos para su entrega conforme SLA.
  • Asegurar el buen funcionamiento de las áreas productivas a través del suministro de materias primas, materiales directos e indirectos, así como industrializados dentro de las especificaciones del producto y en la cantidad requerida por la planificación de materiales.
  • Liderar los procesos de importación, exportación y devolución.
  • Liderar los proceso de servicio al cliente, implementando KPI’s y buscando la mejora continua.
  • Contribuir para la reducción de los costos industriales de la empresa, a través del acompañamiento permanente de la situación de compras/inventario, redefiniendo cantidades, estándares, condiciones de almacenamiento y flujos de movimiento, buscando optimizar el proceso de adquisición/financiero;
  • Liderar los procesos de planificación y control de la producción y la demanda a corto y mediano plazo;
  • Asegurar la calificación técnica de los profesionales de su área de coordinación, analista y operativa a través de la preocupación permanente por la planificación y ejecución de los planes de formación y desarrollo.
  • Cumplir con las normas disciplinarias y de salud y seguridad ocupacional vigentes;
  • Mantener limpio y organizado su ambiente de trabajo, y cuidar todos los recursos que la empresa pone a su disposición.
  • Realizar los servicios que le sean asignados, buscando cumplir con los índices cualitativos y cuantitativos especificados por el sistema de gestión de documentación y calidad.
  • Impulsar el desarrollo profesional de los empleados de su área, estructurar plan de backup para no impactar la operación.
