Orascoptic est une marque leader internationale spécialisée dans la conception et la fabrication de loupes et systèmes d’éclairage optiques premium à destination des professionnels de santé, notamment dans le secteur dentaire. Dans le cadre du déploiement stratégique et de l’implantation de la marque en France, Orascoptic renforce sa présence terrain et recrute un(e) Sales Representative orienté(e) développement business et conquête de nouveaux marchés.

Le/La Sales Representative est responsable de la croissance du chiffre d’affaires et de la rentabilité sur un territoire défini. Il/Elle développe les ventes directes, construit un portefeuille clients à forte valeur ajoutée et établit des relations professionnelles durables avec les décideurs clés. Il/Elle atteint ou dépasse les objectifs de ventes et de marges fixés.

Le/La Représentant(e) Commercial(e) est responsable de la promotion et de la vente de loupes et systèmes d’éclairage haut de gamme, reconnus pour leur qualité de magnification, leur précision et leur fiabilité auprès des professionnels de santé.

Le/La Sales Representative est en charge du développement commercial sur un secteur géographique défini : Bourgogne-Franche Comté, Auvergne, Rhone Alpes, avec une forte orientation chasse, prospection et construction de portefeuille clients, dans un contexte de création et de structuration du marché français.

Responsabilités principales

  • Définir et exécuter un plan de développement commercial ambitieux afin d’atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente.
  • Identifier, prospecter et convertir de nouveaux clients (dentistes, cliniques, centres de soins).
  • Construire et développer un portefeuille clients solide et pérenne sur son secteur.
  • Positionner Orascoptic comme la marque premium de référence auprès des professionnels de santé.
  • Utiliser le CRM pour piloter le pipeline, les opportunités et les prévisions commerciales.
  • Réaliser des présentations et démonstrations produits à forte valeur ajoutée, avec un discours orienté bénéfices cliniques et retour sur investissement.
  • Assurer un accompagnement client de qualité, incluant un support technique de premier niveau et le suivi après-vente.
  • Identifier les besoins clients et détecter de nouvelles opportunités business.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (Service Client, Support Technique, Production) afin de garantir une expérience client optimale.
  • Recueillir et partager les retours terrain des cliniciens afin de contribuer à l’amélioration continue et à l’innovation produit.
  • Travailler avec le marketing sur les stratégies commerciales et supports promotionnels.
  • Suivre les tendances du marché et les offres concurrentes pour fournir des analyses pertinentes.
  • Participer à des salons dentaires, congrès et événements professionnels.
  • Effectuer des déplacements nationaux réguliers (train/avion) jusqu’à 50 % du temps.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme de fin d’études secondaires requis ; Bachelor ou équivalent souhaité.
  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience commerciale pertinente, idéalement en vente terrain B2B, dispositifs médicaux ou produits techniques premium.
  • Forte culture du résultat et véritable mentalité chasse.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, en phase de construction et de développement.
  • Autonomie, proactivité et sens des priorités.
  • Disponibilité pour voyager jusqu’à 50 %.

Compétences et aptitudes

  • Maîtrise des outils CRM et des processus commerciaux.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et closing.
  • Capacité à établir des relations de confiance avec des interlocuteurs exigeants.
  • Posture professionnelle, sens du conseil et orientation client.
  • Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Conditions physiques

  • Travail principalement assis.
  • Utilisation fréquente des mains et des doigts.
  • Déplacements occasionnels, port de charges légères (jusqu’à 2 kg)
