Job Description:

• Be responsible for DM supplier management to fulfill the demand. 负责直接原材料供应商的管理，确保满足需求。
• Direct material purchasing and PO management直接材料采购和订单管理
• Responsible for suppliers OTD负责供应商的准时交付率
• Responsible for verifying delivery data with suppliers and matching invoice, apply payment负责供应商月度对账和发票请款
• Responsible for material planning optimization to reduce inventory at optimum level 负责协调苏州工厂IOS产品的物料计划优化以降低库存

Direct material purchasing and PO follow up 直接、间接材料采购和订单追踪

  Create purchase order and following on time delivery based on PFEP or KanBan根据物料计划或看板创建采购订单、并追踪准时交付

  Develop material shortage KanBan and organize regular meeting to push delivery of these material shortage建立物料短缺看板并组织日常会议推动短缺物料的交付

  Work with planning and sourcing team to control inventory stock to meeting KPI requirements与Sourcing和计划团队一起控制库存金额，达到KPI要求

  Verify delivery data monthly with supplier and apply invoice payment for suppliers in time与供应商月度对账，并及时在公司系统中做好供应商的发票请款

  Be responsible for the suppliers' OTD负责供应商交货及时率 Perform key supplier performance evaluation 供应商年度绩效评估

Job Requirements:

Bachelor or above 本科以上学历

5-10 years buyer or material planner experience in manufacturing environment as a similar role 5-10年制造业相关采购或者物料计划工作经验

Good English skill and communication skills 较好的英语表达能力，和沟通能力强 Focused on detailed and results driving关注细节，结果导向

Good analysis judgment on data and the ability to solve problems擅长数据分析，良好的问题解决能力

Capable to work under pressure能够在压力下工作

Other duty is assigned by manager部门分配的其他工作
