Job Description:

Identifies, develops, manages and retains revenue-generating opportunities for the organization through the strategic and tactical sales and support of all product and service lines. Directly, or indirectly, manages the process from lead validation to product and services delivery, working with marketing, customer service, operations and delivery providers to ensure the highest level of supply chain management is delivered to customers. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Specialist is responsible for accelerating growth and adoption of the Ormco Fixed Appliances portfolio (Wires & Brackets) and Spark Clear Aligners. This role combines deep product and clinical expertise with strong commercial execution to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive market development, and support Ormco’s leadership in orthodontics across the MEA region.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Execution & Growth

  • Drive sales growth and market penetration of Ormco Wires, Brackets, and Spark Aligners within the assigned territory
  • Support achievement of territory objectives through effective account management, opportunity identification, and disciplined execution
  • Partner closely with the end users, Sales Representatives and Channel Partners to execute territory and growth plans
  • Maintain strong knowledge of competitive products, market trends, and clinical evidence by coordination with clinical and education team.

Customer Engagement & Education

  • Build trusted relationships with orthodontists and key decision-makers
  • Support Spark customer onboarding and ongoing case success through clinical & educational team

Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional programs
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Operations to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience
  • Collect customer insights and feedback to support continuous improvement

Compliance & Values

  • Operate with the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism, in line with Ormco and EBS.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Sales performance vs. target
  • Spark Aligner case starts and active accounts
  • Growth and penetration of Ormco Wires & Brackets portfolio
  • Quality and impact of customer engagements and KOL trainings
  • Must possess a fluent level of the English language and other languages are a plus

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Biomedical Science, or related field (Dental background preferred)
  • 2–5 years’ experience in orthodontics, dental devices, or healthcare commercial roles
  • Solid understanding of fixed orthodontics and/or clear aligner therapy
  • Experience working with channel partners is an advantage
