Global Brand Specialist

Job Description:

As a Global Brand Specialist at Ormco, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of global brand initiatives and campaigns. You will be instrumental in ensuring brand consistency and relevance across diverse regions by facilitating collaboration, managing project workflows, and coordinating the creation of impactful marketing materials. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in driving projects forward and ensuring alignment with global brand strategies and regional needs. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Campaign Project Support: Assist in the project management of global marketing campaign development, contributing to timelines, coordinating tasks, and tracking progress. 

  • Regional Input Coordination: Collaborate with regional marketing teams to gather and synthesize input briefs that will inform global brand initiatives and the development of creative deliverables tailored for regional application, including event materials. 

  • Creative Deliverable Coordination: Facilitate the development and delivery of brand-aligned creative assets for regional deployment, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and address specific regional requirements for various marketing channels. 

  • Organic Social Media Asset Coordination: Support the creation and dissemination of organic social media creative assets for key brands (e.g., Spark Clear Aligners and Ormco), incorporating regional insights on content needs, local programs, and market trends to enhance engagement. 

  • Regulatory/Legal Affairs Liaison: Manage the submission process for marketing materials requiring review and approval from Regulatory Affairs and Legal Affairs, ensuring all assets comply with relevant global and local regulations. You will track the review process and facilitate communication between regional teams and these departments. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global and regional marketing teams, creative agencies, and internal departments (including Regulatory and Legal) to ensure seamless communication and efficient project execution. 

  • Brand Consistency: Support the maintenance of global brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all marketing materials and regional adaptations. 

  • Documentation and Reporting: Assist in maintaining project documentation and providing regular updates on project status to relevant stakeholders. 

This role can be based in either of the following locations:

Prague, CZ /Madrid, ES /Zurich, CH /Amersfoort, NL.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic location, professional background, and relevant experience.

 

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or project coordination, preferably in a global environment. 

  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities. 

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams. 

  • Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation processes. 

  • Understanding of the importance of regulatory and legal compliance in marketing communications. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. 

  • Experience in the orthodontics/dental categories a plus.
