Analista de Serviços Técnicos Junior

Job Description:

  • Realizar atendimento técnico remoto fazendo resolução de problemas via chat, telefone ou videoconferência com clientes e assistências técnicas
  • Realizar atendimento técnico em campo através de acompanhamento remoto de serviços com técnicos de campo, incluindo suporte via telefone, chat ou videoconferência, além da conferência de ordens de serviço das autorizadas no CRM
  • Realizar o monitoramento e diagnóstico via Identificação de falhas, troubleshooting em software, sistema de redes e hardware dos clientes.
  • Realizar suporte aos softwares e equipamentos da unidade de negócio atendida executando a Instalação, configuração e manutenção remota do sistema ScanFlow, Cliniview, OnDemand3D Dental e DTX Clinic
  • Realizar a resolução de problemas e diagnóstico com fabricante através do acompanhamento e monitoramento com o fabricante (Finlândia) dos casos complexos que exigem suporte direto da fábrica
  • Realizar a capacitação de técnicos e clientes para melhor uso dos sistemas e ferramentas da linha DEXIS
  • Administração de chamados via registro, acompanhamento e fechamento de solicitações de suporte via sistema CRM
  • Realizar o envio de peças em garantia, consignado ou contrato, para linhas de IOS e Imagem, via sistema SAP, com acompanhamento de entrega e logística reversa
  • Realizar solicitações de a
  • provação do fabricante para peças e acessórios em garantia
  • Outras atividades poderão ser designadas

Job Requirements:

Pacote office intermediário

Experiência com sistema SAP e CRM

Experiência anterior em atividades relacionadas a suporte e/ou assistência técnica e/ou ao produto.

Desejável Inglês avançado

Formação superior completa em áreas relacionadas
