Global Digital Marketing Specialist – Data Analyst

Job Description:

The Global Digital Marketing Specialist Data Analyst drives our global digital marketing strategy and enhances brand awareness through data. In this role, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in supporting digital marketing initiatives through data-driven insights and automation. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Specialists to optimize campaign performance, streamline marketing operations, and enhance customer engagement across digital platforms. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Performance Analysis & Reporting 

  • Audit the data landscape within DEXIS marketing to assess current capabilities and gaps.  

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness. 

  • Implement scalable reporting frameworks and automation templates to streamline insights delivery. 

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all analytics initiatives. 

  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. 

  • Auditing and analyze digital channel performance (email, social media, website) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 

  • Identify inefficiencies in marketing processes and propose data-driven solutions. 

  • Optimize data collection and reporting systems for scalability and efficiency. 

Collaboration & Enablement 

  • Partner with Digital Marketing Specialists to align insights with campaign strategies. 

  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure data consistency and support localized reporting. 

  • Coordinate with IT and CRM teams to maintain data integration across platforms. 

  • Facilitate a culture of teamwork, inclusiveness, and excellence across cross-functional teams. 

Strategic Insight & Leadership 

  • Contribute to the development of analytics strategies aligned with business goals. 

  • Analyze internal and external market/customer trends to inform strategic planning. 

  • Continuously develop personal knowledge and leadership skills to enhance team impact. 

  • Support and coach team members to foster engagement and success. 

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytics initiatives 

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and business intelligence. 

  • Present findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders. 

Job Requirements:

Minimum Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics related disciplines required; MBA is a plus 
  • 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst or marketing operations role, preferably in a global or regulated industry 
  • Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus 
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel. 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with Tableau 
  • Experience with MS Dynamics or similar CRM tool 
  • Experience with Google Analytics 
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus 
  • Experience with B2B business. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced environment, be hands-on in project management and execution, while managing multiple projects and deadlines. 
  • Experience to work in complex matrix organization in multi-cultural and multi-time zone settings. 
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse teams. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and tools. 

 

Travel requirement: 

  • This position may require occasional international travel up to 10% of the time.
