Customer Service Representative with French

Within the group, Kerr is a dental B2B business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative, with French.

In this role you will be  responsible for providing customer care to dental professional distributors.

What is your role going to look like?

  • As a member of European team you will be supporting primarely, but not limited to, the French market.
  • You will be responsible for receiving, monitoring and processing customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our customers.
  • You will collaborate with the Sales representatives during the day for a quick and dedicated service for both the external as well as the internal customers.
  • You will work with cross-functional departments within the company.
  • You can expect receiving requests primarely via email (CRM) and ocassionally via phone
  • You will perform other responsibilities/duties that may be assigned

Job Requirements:

What will you bring?

  • C1 level of French and fluent level of English language
  • Customer focus approach
  • Excellent communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)
  • Organizational skills and attention to details
  • Reliable and high sense of responsibility and urgency
  • Curiosity, pro-activity in finding solutions and drive for continuous improvement
  • Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
