Global Digital Marketing Specialist – Automation and Website Management

Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

The Global Digital Marketing Specialist – Automation and Website Management, Global Marketing to drive our global digital marketing strategy and enhance brand awareness through automation and website management. In this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist – Automation and Website Management will be responsible for defining and executing a holistic digital marketing approach to amplify brand visibility, drive engagement, efficiencies, customer experience and MarTech optimization.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute automation strategies to enhance the customer journey, boost brand awareness and work efficiencies.

  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.

  • Create automated workflows for email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.

  • Oversee the management and optimization of the company websites (multi-country and multilingual) and related website projects.

  • Ensure website content is current, engaging, and SEO-friendly.

  • Monitor website performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.

  • Analyze website traffic and engagement data to assess effectiveness.

  • Manage and optimize the MarTech environment for efficient deployment of global and regional marketing programs.

  • Partner with marketing managers, training team, creative services, and agencies/vendors to develop and execute compelling content and creative assets.

  • Support and manage content through legal and regulatory processes.

  • Collaborate with digital marketing team members to implement best practices in SEO and digitize the customer journey.

  • Track and report on digital marketing performance related to automation and website management, and communicate results to key stakeholders.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Marketing related disciplines required; MBA is a plus

  • 3-5 years digital marketing experience with demonstrated track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, automation and website management, including SEO

  • Experience with Drupal, Acquia tools Experience with HubSpot marketing automation or similar tool

  • Experience with Google Analytics

  • Experience with MS Dynamics or similar CRM tool

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong analytical acumen to evaluate effectiveness of digital campaigns.

  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced environment, be hands-on in project management and execution, while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Experience to work in complex matrix organization in multi-cultural settings.

  • Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus

  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse teams.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and tools.

 

Travel Requirement:

This position may require occasional domestic or iternational travel up to 10% of the time.
