Inspector

Job Description:

• Perform incoming inspection and complete inspection records执行来料检验并完成检验记录
• According to the requirements of inspection operation instructions and inspection frequency, ensure that the site operates according to the standard requirements按照检验作业指导书的要求及检查频率，确保现场按照标准要求作业
• Implement process inspection and finished product inspection, complete inspection records and inspection reports, and issue certificates执行过程检验及成品检验，并完成检验记录、检验报告，出具合格证
• Determine whether the product is qualified or unqualified according to the inspection requirements按照检验要求判定产品合格或不合格
• In the inspection process, once nonconforming products, abnormal operation and potential risks are found, a nonconformity report shall be launched in time在检验过程中，一旦发现不合格产品、操作异常、潜在风险等情况，及时发起不合格报告
• Supervise the implementation of DHR, review the correctness of DHR records, and release products监督DHR的执行，审核DHR记录的正确性，并对产品放行
• Return inspection of materials材料的退库检验
• Inspection of dead materials submitted by the warehouse仓库提报的呆滞料检验
• After the products are confirmed to be qualified, the system release before warehousing is completed产品确认合格后，完成入库前的系统放行
• Maintenance of inspection equipment检验设备的保养
• Be responsible for calibration management of measuring equipment when necessary需要时，负责测量设备的校验管理

Job Requirements:

• High school or technical secondary school or above高中或中专及以上学历
• Process and finished product inspectors shall have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in quality inspection position过程及成品检验员需至少2年质量检验岗位相关的工作经验
• Be familiar with the operation of 3D, hardness tester, caliper and other measuring tools 熟悉3D、硬度计、卡尺等测量工具的操作
• Familiar with measuring tools and methods 熟悉测量工具及测量方法
• Familiar with sampling inspection 熟悉抽样检验
