Territory Sales Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and Training direct sales team in Thailand area for the sales and growth of whole assigned Envista's product portfolio to achieve the assigned revenue expectation and market share.
  • Work closely with Commercial Manager and Country Manager to execute effective management of annual sales revenue goals with close follow-up on leads generation from various sources (tradeshow, referral, etc.)
  • Drive increased effectiveness and efficiency through value selling and Voice of Customer initiatives to ensure a customer centric organization.
  • Utilizes a consultative sales approach to build trust and relationships with the customer, which will influence the business relationship with the professional and clinical team. 
  • Promote products and services, relate new product information and receive feedback on the company's products and services.
  • Responsible for complete territory analysis and planning to ensure revenue goals are achieved. This would include block plan organization, management of aging receivables, and budget compliance.
  • Travels throughout assigned territory and organizes customer meetings with established and new accounts.  Discovering and qualifying customer needs and requirements and meeting and/or exceeding their expectations.
  • The Sales Territory Manager is the main communication conduit to each customer.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience, which includes a successful track record in customer relationship and account management
  • Dental sales or medical device sales experience preferred.
  • Proven selling, customer relationship and territory management skills with the ability to navigate a sales process, maintaining existing relationships, and building in-roads into new/competitive accounts
  • Proven effective verbal, computer, written and presentation/communication skills.
  • Professional presence that influences desired results with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

  • Geographic Territory:  Thailand’s upcountry
  • Laptop, Phone, upcountry and car allowance are provided.
  • All business expenses will be reimbursed.
