Marketing Manager Nordics

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our DEXIS Diagnostics Europe Marketing team. You will be a key contributor to the growth ambitions of the region assigned to. Localizing the Global and European marketing strategy, the Marketing Manager drives DEXIS Diagnostics brand awareness, demand and lead generation, both offline and online. In alignment with the Country Manager and Sales Team, a crucial priority is on collaborating with distribution partners to plan, budget and execute DEXIS Diagnostics sell-out initiatives. You will be drawing on your expertise to enable cost-efficient lead and customer acquisition, leveraging the full range of content and campaigns, through both digital and analogue channels. Furthermore, the Marketing Manager will work closely with Marketing Manager peers to identify synergies, share best-practices, and execute Europe-level initiatives. Finally, you will collaborate with the DEXIS Diagnostics Global Marketing and Product Management teams on Global initiatives and for Global Marketing strategy definition.

Job Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  

1.       Lead local DEXIS Diagnostics marketing activities  

  • Localize Global DEXIS Diagnostics marketing strategy, and develop a local marketing plan and budget with clear objectives and quantifiable KPIs

  • Execute marketing plan, manage local marketing budget in collaboration with Country Manager, monitor and report quantitative marketing performance, including metrics of customer acquisition cost and marketing budget ROI

  • Drive DEXIS Diagnostics brand awareness, aiming for improved aided and unaided brand awareness  

  • In alignment with account managers, engage with key distribution partners to support their planning, budgeting and execution of DEXIS Diagnostics offline and online demand and sell-out lead generation; draw on various levers DEXIS Diagnostics has to support distributors in driving sell-out, e.g., support by DEXIS Digital Specialists for workshops and webinars, commercial offerings & promotions, or financial contributions & incentives   

  • For selected campaigns and initiatives, execute direct to end-user marketing through both offline and online channels  

  • Establish and manage relationships with selected distribution partners, dental associations, and local Key Experts / Opinion Leaders (KOL)

  • Lead cross-functional projects such as social selling initiatives and training programs 

2.       Contribute to Global and European Marketing Strategy definition

  • Continuously collect and share local market and competitive insights with Europe and Global Marketing and Product Management teams    

  • Provide local market knowledge and represent local needs at Europe and Global Strategy definition workstreams and workshops  

  • Work with the Europe Imaging commercial leadership to establish joint goals and KPIs 

3.       Drive European or Global initiatives

  • Drive local execution of new product launches with local sales and technical teams    

  • Lead or contribute to European or Global initiatives and projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or relevant fields

  • 3+ years of Marketing experience, including medical capital equipment in an indirect, distributor-led model (dental preferred)

  • Track record of driving revenue through marketing execution in an indirect channel business 

  • Experience in online, social and traditional media, including web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)  

  • Knowledge in MS Office, CRM and marketing automation 

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% within Europe and intercontinentally  

  • Native / fluent in English is required. Additional Nordic language is advantageous (Finnish, Swedish,Norwegian)

  • Based in Finland or in Sweden ideally, or alternatively in a Nordic country (Norway, Denmark).
