Within the group, Dexis is an dental imaging business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

What is your role going to look like?

  • As a member of European team you will be supporting primarelly French market.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for our distributors.

  • Work with or assist cross-functional departments within the company.

  • You will cooperate with the sales team of the related market

  • Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in Oracle and SAP.

  • You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients

  • You can expect receiving requests primarelly via email (CRM) and ocassionally via phone

    Job Requirements:

    What will you bring?

    • Native or close to native level of French and fluent level of English language

    • Experience with order management

    • Customer centric approach

    • Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)

    • Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement

    • Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools

    • Organizational skills and attention to details
