Regional Commercial Leader

Job Description:

Responsible for leading the commercial strategy and business results in Colombia and Ecuador region, aligning corporate guidelines with local execution. Scope includes overseeing sales, marketing, service, and distribution, ensuring operational and strategic integration. Maintain a functional relationship with support areas such as Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Human Resources, fostering cross-functional collaboration. Their role is key in decision-making, team development, and consolidating a customer-centric and high-performance culture.

• Lead the sales team across all business lines in the region (implants, consumables, orhto and diagnostics), ensuring alignment with the company's defined strategic and commercial objectives.

• Mentor and guide local team fostering their professional development and orienting them toward achieving sales targets, market share, profitability, and sustainable growth.

• Define and execute the regional sales strategy, aligned with the corporate strategic plan, establishing short-, medium-, and long-term growth, profitability, and market share objectives.

• Design and implement integrated action plans for sales, marketing, service, and distribution, ensuring effective coordination and the achievement of sales targets.

• Manage the region's P&L, ensuring sound financial management aligned with the objectives defined by the finance department.

• Identify opportunities for business expansion and development, including new channels, strategic partners, and markets, through competitive analysis and distributor relationship management;

• Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging products, and potential distributors that contribute to the region's sustainable growth.

• Drive the sales forecasting process, generating visibility into market behavior and facilitating strategic decision-making.

• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and sales programs that support the achievement of sales and margin targets defined by the company.

• Ensure the effective marketing of products in the countries under your responsibility (Colombia and Ecuador), within established parameters of volume, profitability, and coverage.

• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, actively promoting the brands and strengthening its regional presence.

• Lead sell-out initiatives, positioning the brands with diverse audiences such as sales teams, universities, opinion leaders, and end users.

• Develop and strengthen the sales team through training plans, performance evaluations, and structural adjustments when necessary.

• Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Management of financial indicators (P&L, margin, profitability)

• Sales forecasting and planning

• Experience in Heath industry preferable in dental

• Experience leading direct and indirect sales

• Fluent/advanced english
