Senior HR Technology Analyst – ServiceNow HRSD

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior HR Technology Analyst with hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience to support the implementation and long-term administration of our HR Service Delivery platform. This role will serve as Envista’s HRSD HR Admin and Run/Sustainment Owner, acting as the Design Authority for HR services during implementation and leading ongoing optimization post go-live. The role owns HR service configuration and HRSD access posture within established guardrails, manages the HRSD enhancement backlog and release cadence, and uses analytics to drive operational stability and continuous improvement. This role will act as a critical enabler of HR technology as part of a broader HR organizational transformation here at Envista.

Key Responsibilities

1.        HRSD Administration and Access

  • Administer and support ServiceNow HRSD day-to-day, including configuration, access management, workflows, and ongoing maintenance (with tactical support from our MSP).
  • Own ServiceNow HRSD HR Administration: configure and maintain HR services, HR case settings, assignment rules, SLAs, and HR criteria/access posture within HRSD guardrails (leveraging delivered security constructs).
  • Partner with platform/security teams when platform-level changes are required, while remaining accountable for HRSD service configuration and HR-specific access outcomes.

2.        Design Authority for HR Services (Implementation and Enhancements)

  • Serve as Design Authority for HR services: lead/approve HR service design decisions (intake, routing, assignment groups, templates, notifications, SLAs) ensuring standardization, scalability, and supportability.
  • Represent HR’s requirements and decisions in design workshops and solution reviews; ensure outcomes align with HRSD best practices and agreed guardrails.
  • Support implementation activities as a core team member with the implementation partner, including design reviews, configuration validation, testing readiness, and go-live/hypercare transition for HR services.

3.        Run and Sustainment Ownership

  • Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to translate Employee Experience service requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions – starting with Case + Knowledge launch and scaling into more complex HRSD offerings over time.
  • Translate HR service needs into clear stories and maintain a prioritized HRSD enhancement backlog from intake through release; act as a key decision-maker on scope trade-offs and sequencing.
  • Own the HRSD run cadence post go-live: release planning, regression readiness, change coordination, and stabilization/hypercare-to-run transition.

4.        Analytics and Continuous Improvement

  • Use analytics and operational KPIs (e.g., volume, cycle time, SLA performance, knowledge deflection/adoption signals) to identify and deliver improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR service delivery through enhancements and automation, leveraging Envista Business System tools and processes to improve employee experience, standardization and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

 Required Qualifications

  • English language proficiency to collaborate effective across a global organization (B2 Level).

  • 6+ years of experience in HR technology or enterprise systems.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD – including configuration and production support in a mid-to-large organization.

  • Strong understanding of HR service delivery or shared services models that balance a global with local way of operating.

  • Ability to act as Design Authority for HR services: translate HR service requirements into HRSD service designs and configuration decisions (intake, routing, SLAs, notifications, templates) within agreed guardrails.

  • Demonstrated experience owning sustainment for a live HRSD (or similar) product: backlog management, release planning, operational stability, and analytics-driven continuous improvement.

  • Experience managing HRSD access posture using delivered security constructs (e.g., HR criteria/roles) and coordinating governance for changes that impact security or data protection.

Preferred Qualifications (2)

  • Direct involvement in the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD instance.

  • ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator and/or HRSD).

  • Ability to lead through influence – ensuring that business requirements are met, and aligned with best practices.

  • Experience as part of, or directly partnering with a global HR shared services team.

  • Experience using HRSD reporting/analytics (e.g., dashboards and service performance metrics) to improve service outcomes and adoption.
