Position Summary
 

The primary function of this position is to support the data tools and systems used by the customer experience team. This position will also work closely with the leadership team to understand areas of need and how to use data to make decisions in a continuous improvement manner. Additional project management responsibility will focus on managing and prioritizing the changes to the tools and other ways to gather data through a structured change management process. The position will also support the Sr. Data Analyst to administer servers and other technology used by the Customer Experience team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consults with management to identify needs and to best measure productivity of the team.
  • Support the design and development of tools used to gather and trend valuable data measuring performance.
  • Develop and organize training guides to use the tools.
  • Organize, plan, and prioritize projects to meet team goals.
  • Administer the servers and other technology to provide a high level of up time for business-critical tools.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum Requirements
 

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent; Combination of education and work experience will be considered
  • Experience gathering business requirements for software
  • Experience documenting processes and data flows
  • Familiarity with data analytics and backend requirements documentation
  • Experience within an agile project team setting
  • Flexibility to work with individuals across multiple time zones
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of project team and roles
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects while delivering a personal experience to each Client and Project Team
  • Facilitating meetings, presentations, agile ceremonies
  • Adjust and adapt to changing priorities
  • Manage competing demands and handle ambiguity
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical related field
  • Basic understanding of MS SQL
  • Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite, designing documents and creating reports for presentations and analysis

Preferred Requirements

  • BA or BS degree
  • Previous medical device industry experience preferred
  • 1+ years of database experience
  • 1+ years of project management experience
