Job Description:

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Visitar os clientes visando fechamento de negócios, monitoramento dos níveis de estoques, análise da estrutura comercial e resultados, definição de estratégias e táticas de atuação, ampliação e consolidação do relacionamento;
  • Assegurar que esteja disponível material de apoio aos vendedores em todas as lojas, assim como listas de preços, promoções de venda, condições de pagamentos e coordenar a manutenção do cadastro dos clientes;
  • Identificar as necessidades de treinamento para os vendedores dos parceiros comerciais, planejar a execução junto com os responsáveis da fábrica e ministrar treinamentos básicos;
  • Identificar as necessidades atuais dos clientes e o comportamento da concorrência, visando à definição de formas de melhor atender ao cliente e superar a concorrência;
  • Prestar apoio à área financeira na análise de potencial/riscos de estabelecimento de crédito para revendas, bem como coordenar e manter atualizado os cadastros das mesmas, dentro das políticas da empresa.
  • Participar dos projetos de reformas, ampliações, construção e manutenção de lojas e novas unidades de revendas, visando à uniformidade dos procedimentos e da organização;
  • Identificar meios de publicidade e promoções, visando a manter o nome da empresa sempre em evidência e gerar novos negócios;
  • Prestar esclarecimentos técnicos e apoiar os clientes na solução de problemas, em conjunto com a equipe de Pós-venda, visando o atendimento de suas necessidades;
  • Monitorar os resultados dos serviços da assistência técnica autorizada em sua região provendo informações para tomada de decisão dos responsáveis pelo Pós-venda na fábrica;
  • Garantir a cobertura da rede de distribuição de acordo com o potencial de mercado, definindo novas revendas nas regiões potenciais;
  • Garantir que todos os parceiros comerciais conheçam e estejam alinhados com a Política Comercial da empresa;
  • Manter limpo e organizado seu ambiente de trabalho, e zelar por todos os recursos que a empresa lhe põe à disposição;
  • Executar os serviços que lhe são determinados, buscando atender os índices qualitativos e quantitativos especificados pela documentação e sistema de gestão da qualidade.

Job Requirements:

FORMAÇÃO ACADÊMICA

  • Experiências anteriores com promoção de vendas, preferencialmente na indústria odontológica.
  • Ensino Superior Completo ou em andamento em Administração, Marketing, Odontologia, Gestão Comercial ou áreas afins.
  • Conhecimento em CRM
  • Residir em Maringá, PR ou Londrina, PR
