Gebietsverkaufsleiter – Digitaler Spezialist (m/w/d) für unser Gebiet Süd Deutschland sind Sie verantwortlich für den Ausbau des Geschäfts, von SPARK & dem gesamten digitalen Portfolio, mit Kieferorthopädischen Praxen als Kunden in Ihrem Gebiet. Mit Ihrer Fähigkeit und Erfahrung, als digitaler Experte beeinflussen Sie das Außendienst Team durch  Unterstützung in Marketing- und Trainings,- und Fortbildungsinitiativen positiv und können so Gewinnspannen für Produkte oder Dienstleistungen innerhalb der zugewiesenen Kunden und/oder des Gebiets/der Region steigern.

  • Sie fungieren als digitaler Experte und primärer Kontakt / Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und den Ormco Support Teams in den Bereichen klinischer, technischer oder customer support.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für das Wachstum und die Ausweitung des Direktverkaufs und der Gewinnspannen für das digitale Produkt Portfolio Spark Clear Aligners und Intraoral Scanners innerhalb der zugewiesenen Kunden und/oder des Gebiets/der Region.
  • Sie knüpfen professionelle Beziehungen zu den Kunden und erfüllt die zugewiesenen Ziele für profitables Verkaufsvolumen und Gewinnspannen.
  • Sie unterstützen die Ormco-Außendienstteams in Marketing- und Trainings,- und Fortbildungsinitiativen, sowie Coaching und Motivation
  • Sie bieten Schulungen zu Produktkenntnissen, Kundensegmentierung und Verkaufsfähigkeiten an
  • Sie vermitteln effektiv Wissen an praktizierende Ärzte, Assistenten und Vertriebskollegen und besitzen Expertise im digital Bereich
  • Sie sind kundenorientiert, kommunikativ und zielorientiert.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Entwicklung von Verkaufsplänen und -strategien zur Erreichung ihrer Ziele
  • Sie analysieren Daten und identifizieren Möglichkeiten, um das Wachstum zu fördern
  • Identifizierung und Entwicklung von Advokaten / KOLs für das digitale Portfolio von Ormco.
  • Identifizierung und Lösung von Kundenproblemen, falls erforderlich
  • Sie führen Veranstaltungen und/oder Webinaren zur Steigerung der Nachfrage in Präsenz oder online durch
  • Sie generieren und Verfolgen diese in CRM nach und betrieben darüber hinaus CRM Datenpflege
  • Zusammenarbeit mit einem Netzwerk von Kollegen, um neue Ideen zu entwickeln, wie man den Verkauf voranbringen kann
  • Sie leiten neue Produktideen und Verbesserungen zur Bewertung an das Produkt Management weiter.
  • Sie sammeln Wettbewerbsinformationen und meldet diese an die Verkaufs/Marketingleitung.
  • Sie erstellen Berichte über Geschäftsvorgänge und führen Spesenabrechnungen.

Job Requirements:

  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung
  • Vorzugsweise Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik- oder Gesundheitsbranche
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger Reisetätigkeiten (ca. 70% )
  • Sehr gutes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick, eine eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • Natürliche Fähigkeit, Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erkennen und andere zu überzeugen und zu beeinflussen
  • Ein gutes betriebswirtschaftliches und kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge.
  • Befürworter digitaler Produkte und Arbeitsabläufe, um das Wachstum unserer Kunden zu unterstützen
  • Fortgeschrittene Präsentations-, Verhandlungs- und Coachingfähigkeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Führerschein
