Job Description:

Responsable por apoyar y facilitar los procesos de recursos humanos para las empresas operativas de Envista en la región Mexico. Este rol respaldará las operaciones diarias de recursos humanos, incluidos, entre otros, el ciclo de vida de los empleados, los beneficios y otras actividades y procesos administrativos según sea necesario. También actuarán como un recurso y guiarán a las partes interesadas sobre el cumplimiento local y los requisitos legales.

  • Asistir en todos los procesos de recursos humanos para las diferentes OpCo alojadas en Mexico para crear un trabajo estándar y cumplir con los requisitos legales locales en coordinación con otros departamentos y funciones.
  • Soportar las operaciones de recursos humanos y actividades del ciclo de vida de los empleados, incluidas, entre otras, actividades de contratación, creación de contratos y anexos, notificación de nómina, certificados de terminación y empleo.
  • Realiza tareas de rutina requeridas para administrar y ejecutar programas de recursos humanos que incluyen, entre otros, compensación, beneficios y licencias; asuntos disciplinarios; disputas e investigaciones; acciones de endomarketing dentre otros
  • Administrar el programa de onboarding local, garantindo una buena experiencia a los empleados
  • Garantizar que WorkDay sea preciso y que las acciones se completen dentro de los plazos requeridos. Dar soporte al grupo empresarial asignado en el mantenimiento y las consultas relacionadas con Workday.
  • Garantizar que el archivo físico y digital se mantenga de acuerdo con los requisitos locales.
  • Asegurar que la política, los procedimientos y los estándares de la Compañía se apliquen de manera consistente.
  • Mantener el cumplimiento de las leyes y regulaciones laborales locales y las mejores prácticas recomendadas.
  • Ser responsable del informe HR KPIS y las provisiones financieras mensuales.
  • Brindar apoyo y asistencia a los empleados a lo que se requiere
  • Realiza otras tareas que se le asignen
     

Job Requirements:

  • Conocimiento complejo de los procesos de RRHH.
  • Experiencia en posiciones similares
  • Buen conocimiento de la legislación laboral.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente en un entorno acelerado.
  • Excel intermedio
  • Inglés intermedio deseable
